Great products that work well I will use again

I absolutely love pure sport products!

My favourite product, Trust your gut capsules, for the first time taken them consistently for one month. My gut health has massively improved, no longer feel bloated and noticed my stomach is more flat. My food digests better.

I take two capsules every morning on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before having breakfast. Seems to be working great and I feel happy!


Also, used the Muscle and joint balm. After exercise, the balm helps me recover! After the gym if you have been working hard, usually the next day, there is a lot of pain around the joint area and sore muscles. Well, using pure sport muscle and joint balm, helps me feel less pain and I’m able to go to the gym next day! rather than sit and home and recover. Although I do recommend having recover days.
